Defining an organisational culture and values on paper is one thing, ensuring that every member of staff is living the culture is quite another. The cultural check-ins were designed to assess the culture and behaviours on productions with a specific focus on the real day to day experiences of staff.

These checks go beyond understanding the awareness levels of policies and get under the skin of how things really work and the experiences of the team in real time.

From attending meetings, one to one interviews, and visiting productions, our independent and objective focus allows for fast and accurate reporting of a snapshot in time that gives quality feedback and areas of development to focus on as well as allowing senior management to fully understand how policy intent is landing. The rolling programme allows for learning across a series of themes and an ongoing building of awareness of the importance of a great culture.
